Successfully represented claimant in a PIP Upper Tribunal appeal, securing a win on multiple grounds. The First-tier Tribunal had erred in law by failing to resolve factual conflicts and incorrectly applying the PIP test for fluctuating conditions.

Permission granted for Judicial Review challenging unfair heating and hot water service charges (over £3,500/year) affecting social housing tenants. The case raises issues of "general public importance" regarding the "heat network trap."

Priority Need Homelessness Appeal
Won appeal under s204 of the Housing Act 1996. HHJ Parfitt held that the local authority had applied the wrong legal test and failed to consider the impact of homelessness on the client's tuberculosis, breaching the Public Sector Equality Duty.
